If you are in fear of a dental office, this is the place to go. The doctor and staff put me at ease from the very beginning. I am very apprehensive about dentist and cost. I went with my three children, ages 3 to 11 years. We were all seen the same day. The doctor made my children have fun and not be afraid. She helped them understand correct brushing and my 3 year now loves the dentist. The doctor prices were very reasonable and she helped me understand my insurance benefits. I loved the fact that she made me aware of all cost up front, so that I knew what cost to expect, if any, at each visit in the future. We were seen in a timely fashion, and taken care of well. She even offered dental credit through a credit financing company for out of pocket expenses. I am in a state of complete WOW! from another review I read about this place. They must of been crazy patients. I totally recommend Timeless Smiles Dental. I am recommending to all my friends and sending my husband immediately. Love it!!! Will stay here for a long time. Worst Service Ever , Avoid it will rob your insurance , mis-diagnoses to maximize insurance payout. BEWARE WOLF IN SHEEPS CLOTHING BEWARE. Our family of three went to Dr. Kellie Gayle-Rhodes for an examination after having scheduling problems with our regular dentist while on vacation , previoiusly our examination revealed 1 cavitie for my husband , and no cavitites for me or our three yr old on 2-8-07. On 2-12-07 she diagnosed both myself and my husband as having 6 cavitites a piece and needing 3 to4 visits each. She was instited we all give her our social security numbers and even our moms bank accout numbers . The insurance company said that the insurance card numbers , our name and birth date was sufficent ,she said they were wrong . She took a cash Payment of $50.00 before the service and claimed that she never received it the next day and she also insisted that I pay the one time $25.00 deductable twice . After her diagnoses we went to another dentist who diagnosed me with no cavities and my husband with only one. After we cancelled she bacame extremely angry and would not release our records. We had to constantly request them to go to the next dentist , she took a long time sending them . She also threatned to ruin my credit for the $25.00 deductable that was already met. She was not patient with our 3 yr old even though she claimed she was a children's dentist as well , our three yr old sat there not crying or acting out , the dentist became impatient when she did not understand how to hold the suction in her own mouth . Dr. Kellie is , dis- honest and she is a dishonest dentist . I am also going to the ADA about her practice.
